Welcome to our 4bedroom, 2bathroom home that can sleep up to 13! With a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, master suite complete with a private bath and walk-in closet, onsite laundry, private parking, and an amazing backyard with an adorable sunroom, it's the perfect place for family and friends to gather! Major grocery, restaurants, and easy access to the highway are all within a few miles radius. A great location to get out of the city of Columbia yet still be able to enjoy all of its amenities!
The Space:
Guests will enter the home with a digital door code. The front porch features a bistro table where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds the home. Once inside, you will be greeted by the foyer which will lead you to the main living space. Here, there is a sofa, smart tv, and cozy chair where you can sit in front of the electric fireplace! Off to your right is a large dining table with bench seats and bar-height seating against the wall so everyone can enjoy a meal together that was made in the fully-equipped kitchen that is just around the corner!
The master bedroom with a king bed sits just off the living room and features a large closet and master bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin bed, and there is a queen in the third bedroom. To get to the loft/fourth bedroom, you will take the stairs that are located behind a door immediately to the left as you walk in the front door. Here, you'll find three queen beds and two twin beds!
Don't forget to check out the adorable sunroom! There is also a small patio with two chairs and a charcoal grill in the backyard where you can enjoy the open space!
Midtown, the Zoo, and the University are all only 25-30 minutes away!

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home and yard. Check-in instructions with a door code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in once rental agreement has been signed and check-in information has been received.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well if needed.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
