There are 12 parks with trails in the Englewood area which allow dogs and several have PAW PARK areas where your dog may run safely off leash. Ann & Chuck Dever Park, a nearby, spacious family park with many amenities, including a PAW PARK, is a great park option and comes highly recommended by our dog! We hope your dog loves it too!
Our beautiful Lennar new build, 1417sq foot single story villa style duplex home with keyless entry is built above flood grade, with low impact hurricane windows and offers spacious comfort. We had NO FLOODING and no damage in either hurricane this year.
While our future retirement home was built as a three-bedroom, we are using the third bedroom as a BONUS room and offer to our guests a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with new, modern and well EQUIP KITCHEN with ample solid wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances- microwave, French-door refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, KEURIG coffee maker, toaster, airfryer, electric kettle and built in freezer ice-maker. The kitchen also offers a pantry closet & luxurious space for cooking and entertaining with both an island style center counter and dining table in the dining area.
The bright, open concept living and dining area flows seamlessly to a screened LANAI, with lanai set for two, perfect for sipping your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The living room has a sectional couch, perfect for movie watching and game playing. There is a variety of board games including classic games such as cribbage which are included in the TV Armoire cabinets.
A spacious Primary suite off the living room, enjoys a KING sized adjustable bed with bedding, bureau with mirror and chair, ensuite large bathroom with tiled shower, dual vanities, separate toilet, and abundant closet space. You will also find a hairdryer and towels for your convenience.
The second or Guest bedroom has a QUEEN bed, bureau with closet and is next to the second bathroom in the home which features a TUB and tiled shower combination, also with towels.
Both bedrooms and bathroom come well stocked with all bedding including sheets, blankets, mattress pads- and towels -including bath, hand, face, and beach towels- all you would need for your stay. There is even a yoga mat provided in each bedroom closet.
Completing the open area of the home is a beautiful BONUS room with French doors and futon style couch which can fold out for a guest. This room can be used as a spare overnight guest room, or a quiet reading, computer or music room as it has a LAPTOP table, bar cart with wine glasses as well as a ukulele just waiting for you to learn to play during your time in Florida!
There is wifi and you will find 2 USB plugs available to charge your devices and 4 lamps/or table with USB options to charge.
A functional laundry room with washer and dryer, stocked with starter laundry soap, roll out cart, and iron are next to a spacious 2-car garage. Presently on one side of the garage is a LARGE LANAI Table set which can be used for entertaining card games such as poker. You will find various beach items in the garage such as: beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for your convenience. There is even a Pickleball paddle set waiting for you to use in the nearly completed pickleball court, Club House and pool.
This is a home away from home which offers a completely refundable cleaning fee providing you leave the home as neat and clean as the day you checked in. All guests check into a home which has been professionally cleaned after your stay at no cost to you. We feel those who care for our home during their stay should be given a little thank you from us. We do require a cleaning deposit, however, we are hoping we do not need to use it and will refund 48 hours after check out.
