Please note that this home is only accessible through a set of stairs.
*The Carriage House/Bungalow are rented together, but they have two separate exterior entrances with no access to both floors on the inside. The access to the upstairs is on the east side of the home and is located up the stairs, above the garage. The access to the downstairs is on the east side of the home, under the stairs, next to the garage. There is no access to both floors from the inside.
*Guests who do not meet the age limit must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is at least 25 years of age.
