Best prime location, above the sand, on the beach. Available condo owners provide a treasure chest of beach toys and rafters. This condo has the best view on the beach with a Corner balcony with wrap-around windows overlooking the ocean in the Edgewater beach resort. This home has the best water and unlimited hot water for the 3 bathrooms. The pics show master bedroom plus 2 guest rooms that have 2 large beds in each.
Just notice that for hygiene purpose at the beach front; this leather sofa does not open for sleeping purpose. The condo is in the resort with all amenities, golf, tennis, exercise room, restaurants, coffee shops, pools, entertainment and the best-expanded views on the beach On the third floor, so it is easy to walk but the elevators are available. it is within walking distance of restaurants and stores.The owner speaks English and French. The owner Jeanne is available to help at any time.
Guests after paying the owner for rent, pay the resort directly $50 for registration and for parking passes. max 3 cars after online registration done tru the special guest web- Also they will register each guest in the rental agreement and the resort bracelets will be in the condo after ID verification.
Unique Benefits The toy's treasure chest has beach amenities. this includes inflatable toys and stuff for kids to play at the beach. The tap water is filtered and the condo water as well. you have a soft water for the instant water heater providing unlimited hot water. this is in a full resort with amenities, tennis golf etc.. close to a shop, entertainment, and a restaurant in the resort. The location is above the sand with corner wrap-around Balcony views to watch the sunset. Publix grocery stores one bloc away but small corner store on site.
Why Kids Love It white sand and close to the water park and ocean accessible and waddle kids pool as well. third floor- by the steps. so can run up and down or take the elevator.
Area Information Edgewater Beach Resort. At the beach but close to different beach museums including Ripleys believe it or not and other favorites like the upside down home. one of the museums has large fish of all types are a favorite of small children, they will also enjoy the different roller coaster rides. the resort has a golf course but the general area has many types of famous golf courses.The condo is close to many attractions for all in the family. The 3 bedrooms will be comfortable for 8 people but will take up to ten people including small children..
