You know you have arrived some place special when you see the colorful Frida Khalo inspired front porch mural as you enter the home, which is just as colorful and expressive. Our 1950's Bungalow is located in Midtown Tallahassee and close to everything. The state Capitol, FSU, FAMU, Tallahssee Memorial Hospital and Capitol Regional Medical Center are all with in a 3 mile radius of the house. It is a straight drive to any downtown activity from our centrally located house and public transportation, restaurants and, several gyms are all in walking distance.
You will feel right at home in our comfortable fully furnished bungalow. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room, a game table, lots of great books and a piano! Each room has a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, and two closets. The house is 2 bedroom and 1 bath but, we can easily add a queen sized air mattress to the private living room allowing us to accommodating up to 6 people. The house is very spacious and has lots of room for people to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. There is a large screened in porch, foosball table, gas grill and private laundry room with washer and dryer. A crib and high chair are available upon request, for those traveling with infants.
There is an abundance of fruit trees on the property; help yourself when in season.
The property does have a small guest cottage in the back with a permanent renter. He is in Tallahassee a few days a month for business. Please leave the right side of carport empty so if "James" is in town he can park and access the back house. Note that even if he is town, you will likely never cross paths. The yard is very private and the house and cottage are separated by several large fruit trees.
