This beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath condo located across the street from the beach and a large natural estuary is perfect for beach and nature lovers! You can enjoy fishing, kayaking through the wetlands or just a relaxing day at the beach or pool soaking up the sun. We supply kayaks, towels and beach toys to our guest. This tranquil residential area, just a mile away from the Canaveral National Seashore, provides every opportunity for interaction with nature. Grills are available by the pool area.
We are only a few minutes’ drive to Flagler Avenue and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. You can drive 5 minutes away to go watch manatees and dolphins. The things you can do in NSB are endless!
Our living area is very comfortable with plenty of seating for your entire family. There is a 40-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, books and board games. The leather couch opens into a queen size sleeper.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. We have a toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. There are plenty of pots, pans, utensils, silverware, as well as serving and dinnerware. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a queen size bed, TV and private bath with walk-in shower. There is a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub.
This unit is pet friendly for one dog under 20 lbs. We offer free Wi-Fi. Feel free to contact Janice or Josh anytime throughout your stay.
This is a non-smoking condo, but feel free to smoke in the designated patio area.
