We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Summary: At arrival, we discovered the back bedroom patio door was unlocked. Property looked good at first site. As more family arrived we discovered more problems. A beer can was found in a closet, the main hall bathroom's pocket door was broken and couldn't close, and the back Casita had no hot water in the shower. The most disturbing fact was that the back sliding door didn't lock. I reached out to the property manager as soon as we noticed it. They said they would have maintenance come out. They never did and didn't try to contact me at all. I reached out again the next day in the evening and they said the sliding door had a bar to secure the door. I told them I had already told them it was broken. They did nothing to secure the home when we were there and especially when we weren't. My husband ended up placing a bat to secure the door. The property management company was terrible! I have filed a complaint with video evidence.
