Welcome to 20 Knotts Way, a beautiful 3 story newer home on a private gated street in North Forest Beach!
This fantastic home has been professionally decorated and is located within 75 steps from the beach. The home is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza which is also known as the downtown area of Hilton Head. The bike path is located across the street from the home, jump on the bike path and pedal your way around the island. There are 55 miles of bike paths on Hilton Head.
There is an elevator from the 4 car garage leading to all floors of the home and 3 additional parking spots outside. For added fun there is a ping pong table, putting green & putters, Pop Shot Basketball and two additional refrigerators for all the cold drinks located in the lower level along with a love seat, two chairs and a coffee table.
The spacious living area has 24 foot ceilings with many windows that allow the sunshine to stream in and there are views of the elevated private pool and spa. There are two sofas, 2 chairs, 2 bean bag chairs and a large ottoman. A 65” Samsung TV is available to relax and watch a movie after a long day out in the sun or check out one of the available board games and puzzles in the closet to help pass the time on those rainy days. This room opens to the kitchen and dining area which lends to the perfect floor plan for family gatherings. The kitchen is spacious, extremely well equipped with stainless steel appliances, new double oven and granite counter tops. A large kitchen island with seating for 6 and a glass topped dining room table with seating for 8 provide you with ample space for everyone in the family. Also located on the first floor of the home is the laundry room and half bath. The laundry room is equipped with two new large capacity front-load washers and two large capacity front-load dryers.
Access the pool with spa from the living room and relax in the sun on one of the two rocking chairs, four lounge chairs or two Adirondack chairs. Enjoy a barbecue meal on the Weber propane grill with seating at the umbrella table with four chairs.
On the first floor you will find one of the primary suites with a king size bed, love seat/sleeper sofa, walk-in closet and 40” TV inside the armoire. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, two single vanities all with shiny brass fixtures. Bedroom #2 on this floor has two queen beds, a walk-in closet, an accent chair and a 32” TV. The en-suite bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Climbing to the 2nd floor on the right you will find another bedroom with two queen beds, walk-in closet and 32” TV. The en-suite has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. To the left of the stairs is another primary suite with king bed, accent chair with ottoman, 32” TV and a large desk to catch up on work or send those important emails. There is a computer monitor and keyboard provided at the desk in this room for guests that need to work or kids that want to hook up gaming equipment. This room as access to a small balcony that overlooks the pool with four Adirondack chairs. The en-suite has a single vanity and walk-in shower.
There is a kitchenette in the 2nd floor loft area that has a sink, refrigerator and microwave, two chairs, small table and a WiFi printer/scanner for guest use. You also have access to the balcony. Across from this open the double doors to the third primary suite that has a king size bed, a large desk with a computer monitor and keyboard, two chairs with ottomans and a 45” TV inside the armoire. The en-suite has double sinks, a jet garden tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
Finally, climb the 16 stairs to a large children's area that has three (3) sets of triple bunk beds, video game, bean bags and a 60” Samsung TV with surround sound perfect for that movie night. With all the amenities this home offers you and your family/friends won’t want to leave the house and you will surely want to secure your reservation for your next Hilton Head vacation.
