This spacious home sits just south of the Gulf Breeze Parkway, within close walking distance to the Tiger Point Golf Club and its excellent restaurant. You'll be under 10 miles from both the white sand of Pensacola Beach and the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Plus downtown Pensacola, Gulf Islands National Seashore, and the National Naval Aviation Museum are all within a 20-mile drive.
The fenced back patio is truly something special, with the (unheated) saltwater pool at its center. Spend your days lounging in the sun, watching big games on the shaded lanai's outdoor TV, and sitting around the firepit for s'mores and stories after sunset.
The interior is open and spacious, offering such features as central air and complimentary WiFi throughout. At the heart of the living space is a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, with three separate dining areas available at the island breakfast bar, the kitchen table, and the larger dining table for more delicious meals and conversation. In the evenings, stream movies and play board games in the comfortable living room and leave the day's swimsuits and towels in the full laundry room.
The serene bedrooms are all thoughtfully separated for privacy, with three of the four offering smart TVs. One bedroom is a primary suite with its own spa-like bathroom and walk-in closet.
