On the inside of the home, there is room for all to unwind. The entryway features a custom lighted sign and ample space for all to drop their beach gear and worries at the door. This home features a large, open concept layout allowing everyone to congregate together while still having the space to relax. The living and dining areas feature expansive windows looking out to the pool and canal view. In the evenings, you can snuggle up on the couch and watch your favorite movie on the smart TV, or go to the game room and challenge your friends to a ping pong or foosball tournament! The kitchen comes fully equipped with all your cooking essentials to make your delicious family meals. Coffee pot and tea kettle are both provided, so you can sneak to the patio for a moment of peace while sipping your favorite cup of coffee or tea before the rest of your group wakes up.
The primary bedroom is a large sanctuary, with a luxurious spa-like bathroom! Outfitted with a king size bed, accent wall, large walk-in closet, mounted smart TV and daybed for the inevitable child that just wants to be close to their parents in the middle of the night.
The second bedroom features an accent wall with a 50” smart TV, a comfortable Queen size bed, and large windows. The two closets allow ample room for you to store all your outfits you may or may not have overpacked.
The third bedroom features a twin over double bunk bed, with a twin trundle, perfect for all the kids to have memorable sleepovers in! During the day, those working from home can shut the door and use the desk provided to attend all their virtual meetings.
Located between the second and third bedroom you will find a modern, full bathroom with a tile surround and walk in shower. This home also has a washer and dryer, and provides pool towels for all guests. Those traveling with children will also find a pack n play located in the master bedroom closet.
