Check in time is from 4pm Central to Midnight and Check out time is 10am Central. There are NO early check-ins NOR latecheck outs so please do not ask for it. These few hours between reservations is the only time our housekeeping andmaintenance staff has to perform their jobs, to ensure your room is up to our standards. If you are going to arrive pastmidnight you must call the front desk prior, so that we do not mark you as a "No Show" at midnight and rent the room toanother guest. No refunds for "No Show" guests. No refunds for early departures.EVERY guest 18 years or older MUST provide an I.D. Card, Driver License, or Passport that hasn't expired, if anyone in yourparty does not have an identification none of your party will be allowed to check in. Minors 17 years old or younger do notneed to have identification, however they must be accompanied by their legal guardian at all times. No exceptions to thisrule, it's a human trafficking law.EVERY reservation must have a credit card on file that matches your I.D. even if you are paying with cash. The credit cardthat you used to book your reservation must be presented to the front desk agent at the time of arrival, in order to verify it.If your employer purchased the room for you on a company credit card, then your employer must fill out and email a creditcard authorization form to the hotel prior to you being allowed to check in. If you booked your room with a credit card thatdoes not belong to you, then you must update your credit card information to one that is issued to yourself or someone elsethat will be checking in with you. If you can not present a matching I.D. to the credit card you will not be allowed to checkin.You must provide matching proof of registration for your vehicle, or car rental agreement, or an airplane ticket stub.
