Snowbirds welcome! **Minimum 3 month rental, and at least one renter must be 55+** 45 minutes to Tampa, 10 minute drive to Sun Coast beach.
Recently renovated 2BR 2BA open floor plan ~2000 sq ft with enclosed Florida room and a covered screened-in patio. Quartz counters throughout, beautiful Shaker cabinetry with soft-close everything, and luxury vinyl plank flooring in all the common areas. This home is a gem to be enjoyed! Split bedroom/bath plan for privacy and guests! Master bedroom has King-size Sleep Number bed for perfect-for-you firmness, and bedroom 2 has a King bed. *BR 3/den is used as Owner storage and is not usable by tenants.* Master and 2nd BR both have great walk-in closets.
The home has modern appliances and furniture throughout, including a pull-out Queen sofa bed in the Florida room. Monthly cost includes bi-weekly cleaning services (dust/sweep/vacuum/mop everywhere, clean kitchen and baths).
75” TV in living room, 42" tv's in Master, BR2 and Florida Room. The Master, LR and FL room TVs come with standard cable. WiFi throughout home. Note: Second BR TV requires renter to use their own streaming service.
Screened in patio on back is a special retreat for hanging out or renters are welcome to use the grill and can eat el fresco at the dinette or simply relax on the patio furniture while taking in the nice weather.

Summary: This house is perfect, comfortable and clean with everything we needed.. The owners were so kind with very easy check in and excellent communication. My parents live down the street which made it very easy to maximize our time with my parents and still have a comfortable sleeping arrangement for everyone. Would definitely come back!
