No parties or events allowed.

This house is suitable for children, ONLY if they stay within the fence. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED PAST THE WHITE FENCE.
The lake is a natural environment, and in Florida all lakes have a chance of have alligators or snakes. Approaching the lake you are doing so at YOUR OWN RISK. Please be cautious, we are not liable for anything that may happen. There is a small chance of encounters with any kind of dangerous animal but we would rather be cautious and advise you than to not warn you.
Boat dock ENTER AND SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves and their children. ALL children must be supervised by an adult while on the boat dock.
Please do not eat or drink inside the bedrooms.
Please respect noise curfew of the community (11:00 pm).
Please respect the check in and check out times.
Please take care of furniture. Any damages exeeding security deposit will be taken care of by the guest.
Do not rearrange furniture or decorations in the house.
Please do your dishes prior to check out.
Please leave bagged trash inside the trash bins outside.
Please do not leave trash inside the house, all of your trash should be taken out prior to leaving. If trash is left inside and not in bags a $100 trash fee will be charged.
Please make sure all controls, decorations, etc, is put back where you found them prior to leaving.
If you find anything broken or damaged in the house please report it within 24 hours of checking in. If at check out there are any damages to the home or items within the home deposit may be kept.
No illegal substances allowed inside.
