This single level Sea Pines home on a quiet street is U-shaped with sliders opening to the fenced deck and pool from the Master Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen and den. The spacious Brazilian Walnut deck area features an outdoor shower (with hot & cold water), pool (with underwater lighting for nighttime swimming), numerous chairs, chaise lounge, and a glass-topped umbrella table for outside dining.
Our smoke-free, pet-free home has bright, large rooms and is perfect for families and/or large groups as it has two large living areas- a living room and a separate family room. It also has a Master Bedroom Suite, 2 other large bedrooms, and a smaller 4th bedroom/nanny suite with its own full bathroom.
The house has 2 indoor eating areas- a dining room with a glass table top for 6 and an eat-in kitchen with both a table for 6 and bar stool seating for 3 at the granite counter tops. It is a short bike ride to the Sea Pines beach club.
Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of paved biking trails, Lawton Stables with a live petting zoo, public golf courses, Racquet Clubs, dining, shopping, and full operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach Marina Village with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home in Sea Pines, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. The house was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. It was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could have needed during our stay.One of the biggest highlights was the private pool; it quickly became everyone’s favorite spot! We spent hours swimming, lounging, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. From start to finish, our stay was amazing. Thank you for graciously welcoming us into your beautiful home.
