This home was bought in early 2015 and completely remodeled. Located in the gated Southern Dunes Golf community. New Kitchen, floors, pool surface, and bedding are just some of the updates. All the comforts of home included. Deck has a large pool, Out door seating area with 55 inch TV, hot tub, propane grill, chase loungers. More than ample space left. This isn't just a screen around a mini pool with a couple of chairs. You may forget to leave and enjoy all the attractions, restaurants, and golf this area has to offer. Disney world is a short 25 minutes away. Clearwater beach is a great day trip and just over an hour away. Manny's Chophouse is the perfect place to bring the family for dinner, and is only a few short miles down the road.

Summary: Kris was great to work with. An amazing place to stay, beautiful home, easy access to surrounding area, fantastic pool/patio. Higly recommend!!! When I have to be down that way for sure going to rebook.
