ABOUT THE HOME: Location, Location, Location … Aqua Vista is perfectly located in the Lakeside neighborhood of Blue Mountain Beach on 30A. This lovely coastal home can comfortably sleep twelve (12) with a master bedroom on the main floor, four more rooms upstairs, including a bunk room and an entertainment space for kids to hang out. The large open living area and kitchen is where everyone can hang out without feeling crowded. Aqua Vista is next door to the community pool which makes it convenient for everyone to go back and forth. And, the walk path to the beach is across the street.
ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is a coastal community that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park and is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you.
