This house located in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood and conveniently located near some of south Florida's best attractions. This is not your usual old and outdated vacation rental in Miami. This modern home has all new furniture, beds, and modern decors. It has a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities you need to be your vacation home away from home. We provide fresh bed linens, towels, bath products, paper supplies, and laundry cleaning pucks.
Relax, grill, swim, and enjoy being outside in the fully fenced private backyard with a pool, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table and chairs, pool lounge chairs, and a hammock. The clean and spacious rooms will ensure that you have a restful place to call home.
This house is ideal for a remote work experience . There are two dedicated computer desks, each with two monitors,a mouse, a keyboard, and a docking station to plug in your laptop.
THE INSIDE SPACE

Bedroom 1 (Master) has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a closet, a dresser, a 65" 4K Smart TV, and a nightstand with wireless charging and USB and USB-C charging ports. It also has a walkout patio door leading to the backyard and pool.

-There is free parking in front of the driveway house for up to four more vehicles. Please do not park on the right side of the driveway. That parking is reserved for the tenant living in the garage.

The guests will have full access to the entire home, private pool and backyard. The garage is not part of the house. It has been converted into a studio; a tenant lives there. The tenant cannot and does not have access the house, backyard, use the pool, or laundry room. Those areas reserved for and only to be used by the Vrbo guests.
