Our Lakehouse has undergone a complete renovation over the last 10 years. Prefer MONTHLY or ENTIRE Summer (at a discounted rate-reach out for details) The first floor features an open floor plan with a Great Room feel featuring a living and dining area with original beams and wide board Oak floors hand polished and a cozy gas Fireplace. There is a large slider overlooking a spacious deck. Our Kitchen features Amish custom cabinetry and Soleil quartzite counters and an authentic farm sink. The row of windows offers an Incredible view of Burden Lake. There is an auxiliary sink and bar area plus a Breakfast Bar. Rounding out the first level is a bedroom with a twin Trundle Bed, a Compact Tile bath with Shower, an additional room that serves as an office and Laundry room plus a handy Mudroom with storage.
Upstairs you will find a dramatic Primary bedroom with reclaimed beams from a local barn, amish built in drawers, and a custom walk in closet. The Lake view form this room is stunning. There is a large bathroom featuring double sinks, a soaking tub and a large tiled walk in shower. Another large bedroom with Queen bed completes this floor. Under the deck and out of the sun is a quiet patio. You will benefit from dock space for a modest boat (with approval) or Kayaks and paddleboards.
