Located in a quiet neighborhood with over 1700 sq feet of living space. Perfect for wine tasting adventures, bridal parties, or whatever it is that brings you and your family into town. Feel free to bring your fur baby and enjoy your stay.
The space
Make yourself at home in our recently updated 4 bedroom getaway. Room for the whole family with four bedrooms which comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. There is a large smart TV in the family room plus two more in the main and 4th bedrooms. Nicely decorated and very cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need should you decide to cook a delicious meal. Out back there is a patio set and bbq grill. There are several games included in the closet and a ping pong table in the garage.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. The garage is occasionally used to store some items but can be available if needed with advance noticed.
Other things to note
The 4th bedroom is a converted bonus room so there is a curtain for privacy rather than a door. We do have a camera to monitor the front door for security purposes but none inside or out back. Need to check in early or late, just ask and we will do our best to accommodate. The TV's get a few local channels through the Spectrum app. You'll want to login to your favorite apps for anything else. The fireplace is decorative and use is not included.
