Summary: The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The photos do not do the house justice. House step up: Four out of the seven bedrooms had their own bathroom. Each bedroom had a queen bed except the larger room that had 2 queen beds and a crib. Each room had a house size closet with a few hangers. There is a washer and dryer upstairs in the hallway. Location: the house is right off and busy bypass. The noise was not too bad. The house sits on a lot with another smaller house that I believe is also a short term rental. There is a large amount of grass and a small playground for the children to play. The large porch was perfect for the aunts and uncles to congregate. The house is 15 minutes from Bush Gardens and Water Country. Greatwolf lodge, Bollowerro and the Premier Outllets were within 20 minutes of the house. There is a Dunkin, Dollar Tree and gas station a couple blocks from the house. A Foodlion is about 5 blocks away. It’s not a neighborhood you can take a stroll in because there isn’t much scenery and sidewalks. They are building townhome next to the houses so there may be more development. Clean: extremely clean! I manage a corporate hotel chain and I was impressed by the cleanliness of this location. Supplies: the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. There were some small trash bags under the sink. The house came with pots and pans. The house had a great amount of silverware and dishes. The cooking utensils looked new. Perfect Stay!
