We would love to host you at Myrtle Grove Cottage. This listing is for Casita #1, which sleeps 6, and is the 2nd unit out of 3 at our property! Enjoy the hustle and bustle of uptown and the Seville quarter 10 mins away or spend the day at the pristine beaches which are a short 25 min drive. NAS Pensacola is only 10 mins away so you might get to enjoy a fly by of the Blue Angels! Our home has everything you need from a fully-equipped kitchen to a patio and fenced in yard! We hope to host you soon!
The Space:
This one bedroom, one bathroom is perfect for a couple or small family staying in Pensacola or as a place to rest after a long day of work. When you enter, you will be in the living room which features a comfortable couch, sleeper sofa and large smartTV. You'll be able to see the cozy dining table for four and kitchen. The bedroom features two queen beds and there is a full bathroom in the home. There is also a washer and dryer available for use. There are two space heaters in the home, that heat the home adequately.
This home is one of the smaller units on a property with three homes total. The other two units may be rented separately. Please read check-in instructions carefully for location. Free wifi, pet friendly with fee.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
