HOW FAR TO BEACH: 10-12 minutes by bike. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB. In season, there are several Beach Trolley stops within walking distance.
HOW FAR TO HARBOUR TOWN: Literally, just across the parking area! Stroll and sip and shop and even pull up a rocking chair and watch the boats. Or, take a paddleboard yoga class, a dolphin cruise, sing along with Gregg Russell, or climb to the top of the famous lighthouse.
PETS: Sadly, only humans are allowed inside Cutter Court villas.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location in HHI - Sea Pines resident access, across from the first tee at Harbor Town Links, one block walk to the pool and a few blocks to the Harbor Town shops and restaurants. Space is ideal for a small family or a few friends - note that one room is two twin beds. Great amenities inside (fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and beach/pool items) and out (resident entry pass, free parking, elevator, pool pass). Very clean, great communication. 100% easy.
