The apartment building is older, however the apartment inside is stylish as you'll see in the pictures. Oakland Park is a city-suburban residential area, so you cannot walk to the beach & Ft. Lauderdale attractions. However it is centrally located for an easy drive to most attractions. The place is more suited for couples and friends traveling together, and for the practical budget-conscious traveler. Please keep these tips in mind before booking. Thank you! Note before you book: The exterior of the apartment complex is being painted right now. There will be workers outside the apartments and there may be a paint smell during this time. We'll remove this note once the property renovations are done. WiFi, SmartTV, parking, linens, and towels are provided free for guests during their stay. We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, trash bags in all trash cans, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. If you need more toilet paper please let us know. If you run out of any of the other items, you can buy more at a local shop. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Only one (1) vehicle per unit for designated parking space. Any additional vehicles must park on street and pay. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s or registered car rental driver’s expense. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification. - Please avoid moving furniture - Pets are not allowed at this property. Interaction with Guests: You can check yourself in using the electronic door keypad. The access code will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
