Both cottages feature a studio-style layout, each with a full bathroom and private deck with interior decor designed to reflect regional heritage and history.
Modern amenities abound - each cottage comes equipped with a 50-inch smart TV, USB outlets, and a luggage rack. Kitchenettes are well-appointed with an induction cooktop, Keurig-style coffee maker, microwave, electric skillet, refrigerator with small freezer, pots, dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking/grilling utensils. Netflix is also provided free of charge to guests.
The cottage is situated on 10+ acres of land, offering ample opportunities for star-gazing and wildlife viewing. A shared gazebo, lovingly referred to as the Party Barn, provides guests with an outdoor dining table, two stainless steel propane gas grills, a propane gas fire pit, and plenty of seating for gathering with friends and family!
