Our newly updated studio is the ideal location for your Delray getaway! It's located through a private gate on a quiet street close enough to all the action, but far enough to sleep well at night. This bright and clean apartment is less than 2 miles to Delray's Public Beach and right around the corner from Pineapple Grove. Just a few more blocks and you're at the world famous Atlantic Avenue with excellent dining and shopping.
This studio lives large with a brand new queen bed and living area with a new futon that lays flat for an additional bed. The large, eat-in full kitchen features a brand new stainless refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and 4-burner stove. A large window in the kitchen looks out over the pool. Feel like grilling poolside? There is a brand new grill just outside your door.
A new flat screen smart tv lets you hook up to all your favorite subscriptions and free wifi is included.

Other Things to Note:
-Our guest studio is attached to the main house in which my mother-in-law lives, but separated by a garage so there are no shared walls. The private entrance is located in the back on the opposite side of the main house entrance.
-There is a medium sized dog in the main house who is very friendly. She goes out into the yard in the morning, but the owner is with her.
- There is a security ring camera set up on the outside of the house. The camera does have views of the pool area.
