The Space
This three bedroom home is located on Greenwood Ct within the elite Dunes Golf and Country Club Community of Sanibel Island. Located less than a two minute bike ride to Bailey Beach on the Bay or a five minute bike ride to gulf beaches or the Sanibel lighthouse, the location of this home is fantastic. After Dune Delight is less than a two minute drive to the Causeway! You’ll feel like a VIP with easy on and off island access during peak season traffic.
It features three large bedrooms with king, queen, and twin/twin bed configurations and two bathrooms with shower/tub combos as well as a half bathroom on the first level off of the kitchen. Featuring high speed wifi, cable, cotton 300 thread count linens and towels, beach gear, bikes, and flat screen TVs, this home features all of the modern convenience one would expect with a high end vacation rental. The home features a huge patio off of the living room with ample seating and great lighting at night. After Dune Delight is professionally landscaped, perfect for outdoor activities & grilling with friends. The kitchen is outfitted to cook even the most gourmet of meals without purchasing any cookware. Additionally, it features a huge private garage for parking up to three cars. In the garage area is a large room with beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and toys for guests to enjoy at the beach. Additionally, guests may purchase access to the amenities at the Dunes which include pool, social, tennis, and pickle ball. The golf course is publicly accessible for a fee. After Dune Delight is able to sleep up to 6 guests in beds and an additional two guests on the included pull out couch in living room.

Let us know ahead of time if you’d like to use the baby essentials! Most notably the pack & play crib with sheets and an incredibly comfortable pack/play mattress for your baby/toddler. Additionally, we have a booster seat with tray upon request. Outlets covers, toys and books are available upon request.

Please note that while this townhome boasts over 1,500 square feet of living space, it is attached on one side to an identical townhome and considered a duplex. The attached townhome has absolutely no access or shared amenities/spaces to this property. They simply share an external wall.
