This beautiful property is located at the west end of Panama City Beach in the very desirable, gated community of La Valencia . Just minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment galore!! This home is beautifully decorated and has sleeping quarters for 12.
The first level has a bonus room that can be used as a den or bedroom. It has a side chair and a queen bed as well as a flat-screen television. The large laundry room with washer and dryer are off this room. There is also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are laundry chutes located in the 2nd and 3rd floor bathrooms to drop your clothes to the laundry room. No more clothes on the bathroom floor!
The second floor houses the master bedroom with its very own private balcony that overlooks the tops of palm trees. It has a king-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress with a dresser and a flat screen TV. There is a large walk-in closet for lots of storage. The adjoining master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi garden tub for relaxing and a separate room with a walk-in shower and toilet. Also on this floor is a guest bedroom with a queen-sized futon that can be used as as a bed or for sitting and watching the flat-screen television, plus full-sized bunk beds that will sleep four. There is also a dresser and large closet for plenty of storage. There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The kitchen, dining room and living are on the third floor. There is also a guest bedroom and a full bathroom located on the top floor. The large kitchen is bright and airy and opens into the dining and living rooms, with gorgeous views of the gulf!! It is fully outfitted with everything you need for fun, delicious meals with family and friends. The living room has a large sectional sofa and two arm chairs as well as a flat screen TV and an electric fireplace. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser and a large closet with plenty of storage along with a flat screen TV.
Last but not least, off of the living room is a balcony complete with patio table and chairs to sit and enjoy sunsets over the beautiful beach. The views go on and on....enjoy the sun coming up for breakfast and the sun going down in the evening...you are sitting in the tops of palm trees!!!
