Summary: I have stayed at Marina Pacific before and absolutely love it for the security, pool spaces, quiet and very friendly neighbors, and walkability to almost everything you could need (AMC movies, groceries, gym, CVS, Starbucks and lots of restaurants & shopping). This unit in particular has an incredible loft with the best view to wake up to every day and great for all day natural lighting! (If super sensitive to light in the AM, consider bringing an eye mask but I loved the soft lighting!) The unit includes two parking spaces, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, very fast wi-fi, multiple eating/lounging/seating & workspaces, and a very comfy bed. I never once heard a neighbor but made friends with everyone in the elevator! I recommend requesting the ‘owner’ car access (you can purchase from the HOA office) for quick gate entry, but all the gate security guards are super friendly so checking in through the guest line works too! Lastly, Avni is absolutely the best! She is extremely quick to respond and answered all of our questions before and after check-in. The nicest and I hope to stay here again soon!!
