We would like to inform you that the resort assigns unit numbers at check-in. All units have the same bedding, furniture, décor, layout, kitchen, and bathrooms. Rooms are located on floors 2 through 8, there are limited views from the 2nd floor. Guests can request a higher floor at check-in.
Floor request are only taken at check-in. If you arrive before 10am, a waitlist for the 10am pre-registration starts at 8am. Please be advised that if you arrive for the waitlist, the front desk staff will start the registration process at 10am, and you must be present.
At check-in, guests are required to provide a valid ID and credit card for a refundable security deposit and any incidental charges during their stay.
