Perfect spot for anglers or small families wanting to enjoy Douglas Lake and the Great Smokey Mountains! Located directly on Douglas Lake and minutes from Dandridge, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Gatlinburg.

Sunset Shore is a walkout apartment with 1 bedroom, spacious living room with an upgraded sleeper sofa affording comfortable sleeping for 4. The nice sized bathroom with walk-in tiled shower is equipped with towels, soaps and hairdryer. This unit does not have a full kitchen, although does offer a refrigerator freezer,. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, crockpot, with dishes and utensils for cooking on the private outdoor grill with gas burner. The perfect spot for those who enjoy the outdoors and glamping!

Outside the apartment is a flagstone patio with private grill with burner and stairs leading to the boat dock and water. There is a large entertaining area on the property with standing beautiful fireplace overlooking the lake with amazing sunsets! This will make for some great nights roasting marshmallows, talking and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
