The interior of the Villa has an impeccable design. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a pool table, 4 bedrooms (all have a closet), and 3 bathrooms.
The Villa has undergone extensive remodeling, boasting a perfect setup for our guests.

Please note that 3 security cameras are covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the guests. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including the pool & common areas.
Additionally, the Villa is equipped with a noise level monitoring device It remains active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only and to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It doesn’t record any conversations.

The house is located in a nice and safe residential neighborhood. It's near all the top spots of Miami that are perfect to complement your stay, such as the beach.
