Travertine floors throughout. Flat screen TV in each bedroom and the main living room. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and one car garage.
The home is also directly across the street from the community pool. Summer Beach Village is a private quiet family oriented gated community and is located near Amelia Island Plantation with golf and many restaurants nearby. Our home is excellent for groups of up to 6 people.
We ae surrounded by some of the most beautiful golf courses in the world with oceanfront golf holes. There ae many public and private courses where guests can play.
