Enjoy this unique, contemporary waterfront home designed and built by coastal architect FV Rossa. Imagine waking up to the sound of fish jumping in the early morning and watching the manatees in the private boat basin, then loading up your skiff for a day of fishing or beach hopping. This home is a fisherman's dream, located just off the intracoastal waterway from some of the most vibrant waters in Southwest Florida. Lemon Bay, Stump Pass Beach, Little Gasparilla Island, Don Pedro State Park, and Boca Grande are all just a quick trip by car or boat. Our private dockage supports vessels up to 40ft long at 6ft of draft with shore power and water.
With 3000 sqft of living space, a huge kitchen, and wrap-around decks, this house loves to host. The open floor plan features vaulted 20ft ceilings with skylight, and two spacious 2nd floor bedrooms with sunset balconies, king beds, and their own bathrooms.
Love to have guests? The third sleeping space is a lofted bunk room, accessible by stair from the second floor. The loft is perfect for grandkids, overflow guests, or as a private reading room. For extra accommodations there is a small futon and queen-sized pull-out couch in the main living space.

NOTE: Due to high demand, winter season (Jan-Apr) rentals are *only* available on a monthly basis, starting and ending with the calendar month. Low season rentals (Aug-Nov) are available nightly.
