As you enter this stunning property you will be amazed and the luxury and details throughout. The main level includes the Great Room which will be the perfect gathering spot after a long day at Camp Watercolor, the Beach Club, on the beach, or exploring everything 30A has to offer. The Chef's kitchen is a dream and features Subzero and Wolf appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island with 4 barstools so friends and family can gather around the chef as they prepare the feast of the day. The dining area, located adjacent to the kitchen has a dining table that can accommodate 8 additional guests. The screened-in back porch, overlooking the nature preserve, will be a very popular spot and features a large sectional seating area, another dining table with seating for 10, and a 55" TV. The large front porch will be perfect to chill and watch the day pass by. The Main Level also features a beautiful Powder Room.
Ascending the stairs to level 2 you will find the Primary Suite which features a king bed, a stunning ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and a large walk-in shower. The primary suite also opens to another large screened-in balcony and features a ping-pong table. The Guest Suite features a king bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
