The Space:
If you enjoy a tiny home, then you will appreciate this space. This studio features one queen bed with a full pullout bed in the living room. If using the pullout bed, the living space and bedroom are not separated by a full wall or door.
The studio is part of a duplex and completely private from the main house. There are long term tenants who live in the main house. The studio is not detached from the main house. There is one shared wall. However, multiple layers of studio grade and sound deading insulation were used to prevent any noise interruption.
**Despite having monthly pest control service, Florida bugs find themselves inside the home, especially during the warm, humid months. Although there is a sign on the door that states “Please keep door closed”, some guests unfortunately leave the door open and leave food on the kitchen counter. Pest control cannot guarantee elimination of ALL pests. We do not offer refunds if bugs get inside as they come with the Florida territory, as do geckos, love bugs and mosquitoes.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access off of the back alley where the entrance and parking are located. There is keyless access on the exterior gate and main door. The address to the property will be given the day before check in as we strive to provide privacy and safety to our current and future guests.
Other Things to Note:
House broken dogs only. Most guests find it helpful to have a vehicle while visiting. The WiFi is provided via a network extender. It does not allow for direct Ethernet connection. Guests are responsible for any toiletries beyond those provided. Reservations of 30 days or more are required to have a midway, complimentary clean throughout the stay.
