Summary: Overall the stay was nice. The room had AC in the seating area as well as in the bedroom and we changed out the de-humidifier a few times. It is the Keys after all! On our last night, some guests left two dogs in the room below us and they cried and barked for five hours from 9pm to 2am. I called the property emergency line to report the incident multiple times after losing many hours of sleep. I requested a refund for this evening but Management lied to me and said the dogs were somewhere else, even though I saw them with my own eyes in the room below us through a glass window so I could report them. Not impressed they would lie to me as an excuse to not issue a refund.
