Summary: House is close to the historic area, about a 6 min. drive. The house looks updated recently. Unfortunately the house is overrun with roaches from whatever the previous condition was. They were even showing up in the refrigerator. I left my coffee on the counter and came back to it 5 minutes later with a roach in it. Unacceptable living conditions, especially for the price.
