Bay Front Paradise - 3 story home overlooking Apalachicola Bay and only three blocks from Downtown and one block from Battery Park and Marina. Stunning views morning and night, enjoy the sunrise and watch the shrimp boats pass by the wall of windows on the Bay side. On the 1st/ground floor there is a large entry with coat closet and elevator.
The second floor has a generously appointed kitchen with stainless appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, wall oven and a glass cook top. All utensils and cookware to prepare delicious meals is provided. The dining room table has seating for 6 and there is a breakfast bar in the kitchen with extra seating for 2. The living room is furnished with a comfy sofa, two swivel arm chairs, a side chair, loveseat and smart TV with dish network.
A large deck runs the entire length of the second floor with Adirondack chairs. A full bath with shower and a bedroom with twin bunkbeds finishes out the second floor. The elevator stops on the second floor also.
On the third floor you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom which has double sinks, a walk-in tub and corner shower. The master has a queen adjustable bed with memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, smart tv with dish network and a private balcony over looking the bay. There is a 2nd master bedroom also on the 3rd floor which also has an ensuite bathroom, it has a shower, toilet and single sink. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen adjustable bed with memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, tv with dish network, generous closets and a private balcony overlooking the bay. Also on the third floor is a large laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink. The elevator goes to the 3rd floor, so no need to carry your suitcases upstairs.
There are three 21 speed bicycles that guests can borrow to pedal downtown to the shops, also coolers, beach chairs, and an umbrella . Free WIFI.
