The Baytown Townhouse is a private home, perfect for families looking for a house very close to the bay and beach! Your Short-Term Rental (STR) is 50m from one of 5 bays on the Emerald Coast! You're also 10 minutes away from one of multiple beaches (Okaloosa, Destin, Navarre, and Pensacola)! Enjoy a pontoon boat trip to Crab Island, dolphins at the Gulfarium, or the zoo in Gulf Breeze - 3 of many adventures at your fingertips and all of which, within a short drive! You'll love it here!
The Space:
The two bedrooms are located upstairs with full bathrooms in each room. Downstairs you'll find the kitchen, office area, dining room, half bathroom/laundry room, and sofa bed in the living room. The dining area leads you out to the backyard patio.
Guest Access:
Guests are more than welcome to access the Short-Term Rental (STR) its entirety to include the dock. There aren't any boat slips dedicated to the STR, unfortunately.
The Neighborhood:
This is a safe neighborhood right off of a network of multiple bays. Most residents are retired Army & Air Force Veterans, who like their peace and quiet. Please help me to continue to provide my rental service in this neighborhood by being respectful. Thank you in advance for keeping the noise to a minimum :)
Getting Around:
Public transportation is unavailable in the area. I would suggest renting a vehicle from the airport or searching on Turo, a short-term rental vehicle leasing platform. If you do not have a vehicle, Uber and Lyft will be your best option.
Other Things to Note:
No dedicated boat slip for the Short-Term Rental. The parking garage can fit one regular sized vehicle and the driveway can fit two regular sized vehicles. Parking for boat trailers is available at the self-storage parking lot, less than a mile away.
Interaction with Guests:
My personal interaction with you will be very minimal. I like to give my guests privacy during their stay, but I am very responsive should you need anything.
