This delightful cottage located in the heart of Carolina Beach welcomes you! Perfect for a small family. Be Happy is just a short (4-5 minute) walk to the Boardwalk, with all it's activities, entertainment, shopping and the ocean. House is 2 bedrooms and one bath, with Queen in one and 2 twins in the 2nd, which has a 24 inch TV & DVD. Beautiful hardwood floors, lots of windows to let in the light. Living area has a 42 inch TV. Washer, dryer, microwave, fully equipped kitchen and free wifi. Property has large back yard for ample parking, and plenty of room for your boat and jet skis too! There is also a gas grill (PLEASE LEAVE IT CLEAN) and outdoor shower. 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum for Holidays. Linen, towels too, are included with rental. Rental also includes departure maid.
Max Occupancy:6 Guests must be 25 years of age of accompanied by a parent for the duration of the stay.
Non Smoking (If you have smokers, they may smoke outside. If they smoke on the screened porch, door to house must be closed. House must not smell of smoke. And don't litter the yard with butts)
