Pet-friendly and brimming with all the comforts of home, it's ideally located next to the pristine white sands of Panama City Beach.
Beach access #14 resides in a predominantly residential area, ensuring ample space for social distancing. Please note, that the minimum age requirement for renting is 25. Experience the ultimate relaxation with just a quick 5-minute stroll or less to the Gulf shores.

The home's single-story layout features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place is curated and staged to comfortably welcome 8 guests. The family room is outfitted with a Smart TV for your entertainment. The home has free WiFi throughout the entire property. The kitchen has updated cooking essentials. The dining area seats 4. The home also has a washer and dryer for guest use. Parking is available on the front and accommodates up to 4 vehicles. We set out a welcome basket with snacks and K pods for the Keurig coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children are welcome. Pets are considered, and pet fees apply.
*This property includes all utilities, internet, lawn care, and pest services. Ideally suited for home sellers caught between properties or homeowners displaced by insurance claims. This property is for short-term rental (in daily increments for as many nights as needed). We welcome extended stays!
