Our beautiful, spacious, family friendly townhouse is located in a gated community across from the clubhouse, pools, and amenities AND just steps from the white sugar beaches of the Emerald Coast. Beach Fever has a well-equipped kitchen to help save money if you choose to cook at your "home away from home.”
***PLEASE NOTE RE:POOL AND REC CENTER*** The pool lights are being worked on and the community is waiting for a permit from the city. Because the lights are not in working order, the pool currently closes at dusk. The rec center is undergoing emergency repairs and will be unavailable until further notice. Armbands can be picked up at the Security office.
Community amenities include 4 large pools (one heated during winter), hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and mini-golf.
Sleeps 8 comfortably with 4 beds and a pull out couch:

2nd Bedroom - Full Size Bunk beds and Twin bed

Two full bathrooms upstairs with shower/tub combination

No smoking, parties, events, or animals. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am and are strictly enforced.
Ring doorbell camera for security purposes is located at the front door.
PLEASE NOTE: Horizon South charges $20 per person for property access, including pools and amenities. This $20 per person charge is NOT included in your rental agreement or quote. Upon arrival check in at the clubhouse or security office to purchase wrist bands and obtain a free parking pass. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle to avoid being towed.

- I am completely digital. Most days you will hear back from me within minutes. I'm available until 8 pm central via phone if needed.
- NO ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE! 100% Payment due. Split payments on case-by-case basis.
Minimum age 25 - photo ID requested as needed. I reserve the right to book with/without cause.
