This unit is equipped with King bed, Queen sleeper sofa and bunk beds suitable for small children recessed in the hallway. The unit has a private patio, just steps to the boardwalk leading down to the beach, full kitchen, washer/dryer TV/DVD/stereo, wireless internet and much more. This complex is very family oriented with many activities for the younger ones only a short drive away! The unit is also Pet friendly at my discretion with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. Although, we may allow you to bring your pet with you, Walton County will not allow them on the beaches. We have a large grassy area behind the condo's and miles of bike paths perfect for walking your dogs. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella Memorial Day- Labor Day.
