This wonderful, clean three bedroom two bath home is the perfect place to make lasting vacation memories with your family. New private pool with heating capability added in 2024. Pool heat is available for an additional $45 per day. Endless Summer allows ONE pet dog for an additional $100 non-refundable fee. A single pet with a max 40lbs (with breed restrictions) and pet must be approved by Property Management at the time of reservation. No crowded parking decks, no crowded elevators, just a quiet, wonderful, spacious, private home for your family is what you will find at Endless Summer. Park in your own private driveway and come on in! Upon entering the home, you will find it light, bright and airy with a calming modern beach style. The open floor plan connects the living area, kitchen and dining room all together so that everyone can be included in family gatherings, and game times. A comfortable sofa, loveseat, and rocker provide space for Movie and TV times. The huge flat screen TV, HD cable package, and DVD/BLU ray player will make entertaining the kids and sports enthusiasts an easy task.
Once you have settled in and unpacked, you will want to make the short stroll to the world's most beautiful beach. Be sure to take the provided Beach Towels with you to soak up the sunshine, splash in the salty surf and play on the white sandy beach. There are no high rises in this part of PCB so there is plenty of space for you to set up an umbrella, tent and beach chairs.
When you return from your Fun in the Sun, the three spacious bedrooms assure everyone has comfortable sleeping/relaxing accommodations. In the first bedroom you will find two sets of bunkbeds with a dresser and TV. The guest room includes a comfortable queen bed with dresser and television. Then there is the master which is "fit for a KING" and it has one... a King size bed, large dresser with huge flat screen television. There is also a walk in closet that you can use for all the suitcases, totes, and other accessories your family brings. The master doesn't stop there either as the ensuite includes a large tiled shower, water closet and double vanity.
Ready for a meal or did you forget something? No worries as you will find two grocery stores, Publix and Winn Dixie, a CVS pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, Bayou Bill's restaurant, Sunnyside Gill, and a Dollar General for beach toys and groceries just a few blocks away.
More amenities are only a short drive away such as Pier Park with its SkyWheel, fishing pier, restaurants, shops, movie theater and more, Camp Helen State Park with paddle boarding or kayaking on a natural dune lake, the shoppes and restaurants of 30A, Frank Brown Sports Park, the airport, ZooWorld, golf courses, Gulf World and much, much more!

All renters under 25 are required to pay an additional $1,000.00 cash deposit due prior to check-in. Any violator will be evicted without refund. All rentals are required to sign our vacation short-term vacation rental contract that will be sent to you for esignature to confirm your booking. We also require names and ages of all guests with copies of photo IDs for all guests over 17 years of age.
*Due to owner's severe allergies, NO SMOKING of any type is permitted on this property.
*Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival
Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.
Any reservation that exceeds 30 days will require an added renewal of the Accidental Waiver fee for every 30 days cycle of a reservation. Example: a 45 days reservation will require the waiver to be renewed for a second charge of $69.95)
