This charming updated "just like new" beach house checks all the boxes for a wonderful family getaway. Just one block from the public beach access means a VERY Short Walking Distance to the Beach. Quieter West End of Panama City Beach means there are no crowded high rises to share the beach with. Private home with two living room/sitting areas plus a screened in patio. One area features a large flat screen TV and the Florida Room has a quiet nook for reading, checking email, or just relaxing.
Everyone in the family will enjoy the space in this lovely home. When you enter, you will immediately be wowed by the open areas this home has to offer. The large picture windows in the front sitting room allow the Florida Sunshine to brighten your day. The comfortable furniture invites you to relax and enjoy a good book or conversation time with family. The kitchen and living areas are open to each other with room for everyone to sit comfortably. The dining table seats six with room for more at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom is large with private ensuite bath. The guest bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate two full beds for up to four people. Sleeper sofa provides space for two more in the living area. Live like a local and "Getaway from all of your worries at the Le Grand Getaway."
Located within walking distance to Sunnyside Grill, where you can enjoy local breakfast and lunch fair. Also within walking distance of the Reef Bar at Beachside Resort for that relaxing cocktail as you watch the amazing sunsets.
Winn Dixie, Publix (grocery delivery available), and CVS are just a few blocks down Front Beach Road for any items you might need.
We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. Responsible renter must be an occupant. Any violator will be evicted without refund. All rentals are required to sign our short-term vacation rental contract that will be sent to you for electronic signature to confirm your booking. We also require names and ages of all guests with copies of photo IDs for all guests over 17 years of age. Pets are NOT allowed.
Parking for 3 vehicles.
Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.

Any reservation that exceeds 30 days will require an added renewal of the Accidental Waiver fee for every 30 days cycle of a reservation. Example: a 45 days reservation will require the waiver to be renewed for a second charge of $69.95)
