Walk to the beach from this spacious "like brand new" home. The open living, dining and kitchen areas provide for lots of family time. The split bedroom floorplan offers places for every guest to relax and unwind. The master bedroom is large with a dresser, desk, King bed, walk in closet and ensuite bath. The second bedroom boasts a full bed and twin bed with ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area. Comfortable furniture throughout the home means a relaxing time.
Meals can easily be prepared in the huge kitchen with all the necessities and it is open to the family area so no one feels "left out".
The beach necessities are provided such as chairs, wagon, tent, cooler, and more.

Must be 21 years or older. All renters 21-24 required to have two primary (responsible) tenants. Responsible renter(s) must be an occupant. Renters under 25 require added $1,000. cash deposit prior to check-in. Any violator will be evicted without refund. All rentals are required to sign our vacation short-term vacation rental contract that will be sent to you for esignature to confirm your booking. We also require names and ages of all guests with copies of photo IDs for all guests over 17 years of age.
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a boat or motorcycle trailer.
*Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.
Any reservation that exceeds 30 days will require an added renewal of the Accidental Waiver fee for every 30 days cycle of a reservation. Example: a 45 days reservation will require the waiver to be renewed for a second charge of $69.95)
