Pure, simple and elegant. These series of beachfront “Honeymoon Cottages,” inspired by President Thomas Jefferson as he built Monticello, are the perfect setting for a romantic retreat. Perched perfectly behind the primary dune along the Gulf of Mexico, this cottage is furnished with a comforting neutral palette.
The interior features maple hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. On the first floor you will find a king bedroom with a LCD TV/DVD, built-in closets and drawers and two bedside tables with lamps. Leading from the bedroom are French doors to a private dune level screened-in porch with a Jacuzzi tub. The porch has curtains that can be drawn for complete privacy. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. New for 2022! A stackable washer/dryer is located in the ground floor breezeway closet. The second floor offers a small fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, small fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster oven and dining table. The living room features a wood-burning stove-style fireplace, LCD TV/DVD, wireless internet, comfortable sectional sofa and coffee table. A French door off the living room opens to a covered porch complete with an outdoor loveseat and 2 cocktail height chairs and table overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Our vacation rental guests in Seaside have access to 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, croquet courts and a private fitness center. You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming. When staying in our homes in Seaside you are within walking distance of many restaurants and retail establishments.
