This condominium offers a large living room and a screened lanai that face the wide sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It's so relaxing to sit and enjoy the gentle breeze, you may even see a pod of dolphins swimming by. The kitchen was just remodeled and has all new appliances. There are three bedrooms (one king size bed, one queen bed, and a trundle bed) and two bathrooms. The unit also has a sleeper sofa for the unexpected overnight guest. A washer and dryer are in a separate room where beach items or luggage can be stored. The living room and two of the bedrooms have cable TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. Covered parking is below the unit.
The LaCoquina has a wide private beach with lots of shells and even fossilized sharks' teeth, a heated swimming pool, several guest parking spots, and a gated entrance. The property is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, water sports and public beaches. It's just a short 5-minute drive to town where you ll find several grocery stores, and lots of other shopping.
