Beach Daisy is a beachfront cottage located at the end of Captiva Drive, very private and secluded, and just a short golf cart ride or walk to all the village amenities. The cottage is set back from the beach, so you enjoy privacy yet easy access to the gulf. Just a few steps through the back yard and down the path and you are on the beach! No long walks trudging chairs, toys, and cooler to the beach because it is right out your door. The view of the beach from the cottage is through the sea grapes as seen in the pictures so not direct beach view, but through openings in the trees. The main cottage is two bedroom, two bath; a second small cottage, the Turtle Shed, provides a third bedroom and bath (outdoor shower only). Beach Daisy has been COMPLETELY remodeled! New everything! New kitchen with all Kitchen-Aid appliances (new kitchenware as well- everything you need), new bathrooms with beautiful handmade tile + master bath with a soaking tub and indoor/ outdoor shower, new fixtures throughout the house, new HVAC and ductwork, antique pine floors throughout, king bed in master and two twins in second bedroom + queen sleeper in living, window seat with bookshelves for reading, indoor and outdoor dining areas that seat 8, two large screened porches for lounging and relaxing (one with sofa , two chairs and dining area, the other with two swinging loungers), large backyard for games and grilling, laundry room right by the backdoor so no dragging wet sandy clothes through the house, AND all new beds + linens! For coffee, Starbucks is a short walk down Captiva Drive, or if you prefer to make it at home (or a mimosa) we have everything you need! For sunset cocktails, the Mucky Duck is a short walk down the beach or Doc Ford's is right down the street. The house is located at the very end of Captiva Drive so it has all the convenience of renting in the village, yet so private!!
