The Norriego point beach access is closed (access to the tide pools and beach) and will remain closed for most of September. O'Steen Public Beach Access will be the only available beach for the public and vacationers at the end of Holiday Isle. East Pass is also reconstructing the sea wall that runs along the property. Guests will still have access to the beach of East Pass but will not be able to approach the water while work is being done.***
East Pass Towers features a beachfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, and a full exercise room with kitchen and barstools. The beach at East Pass Towers is steps away from the condo and uniquely built up on a seawall. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat.
